Cyndi Lauper's new front cover for forthcoming album Memphis Blues. Intriguing, there are so many artists who have done the concept, this has possibilites to go either way.
I'm really disappointed. I thought she had finally found her post 80s niche on "Bring Ya To The Brink". She should have built on that audience instead of throwing in the towel and going with something this tired and predictable.
I'm totally with you. I'm hoping she's made a go of it and not done an At Last with the 'pitch'. Not only that (ie the dance), her profile has never been higher in the states thanks to the Apprentice and Gaga. If it's shit I'll be vocal about it :)
