With news of her supposed Stateside tour with Robyn, I have been given re-newed impetus for a softer revision of the Swedish singer's recent output: I now rank Dancing On My Own even higher than my initial verdict of its sweetly throbbing melancholia being a commercial decision, to that of encouraging wanton despair whilst on a dancefloor in front of other people who have the freedom to laugh at you, but tracks like Fembot and Fucking are still fucking shit - why can't you see me and everyone else who would have preferred an album not served in 3 slices?
